A good start

We’re almost 2 months into the new year and I’m just gonna be honest with you guys. I have only been in the gym 3-4 times the past 2 months due to personal issues and not to mention preparation for January finals ( The devil invented those). I have been physically and emotionally drained but now as I’ve gathered strength, I’m coming back with a different mindset and new goals. My current goals are to take a proper amount of time to reach my goals and get out of my comfort zone.
